For best print results, send us your digital softcopy with the following guides for personalisation :

• • Document size of the picture should be at least 100 KB.
• • Resolution of the image should be at least 300 dpi in 9 x 6 cm for best results.
• • Picture files should be in jpg or jpeg formats.
• • Image prefered to be rectangular in shape to fit card shape properly.
• • Image to be bright enough ( especially on person's face etc.), we will not do brightness adjustments.
  in most cases, brighter is better than dark.
• • Image to conform to our Guidelines.

You can have your picture in either a portrait(vertical) or landscape(horizontal) format. Please ensure that the subject to appear on the card is within 5.4 cm X 8.5 cm.

For CashCard printing, please note that the chip and arrow are fixed in their positions. We will help you with the positioning of your picture so that important details will not be covered by them.
