2. Can I personalize any image I want for my CashCard
, Flashpay Card and Ezlink Cepas Card?
Yes, you can but please note that we reserve the right to reject any photo/picture
in cases where the picture or photo submitted infringes copyright, is offensive
or unlawful. For tips on creating image, pls visit our

3. How will I know if my image has been approved ?
You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours of your order if your image has
been declined.
4. How many cards can I purchase ?
You can purchase as many as you want - for yourself, your family and your
friends. You can either use the same image for multiple cards or a different
image for each card.
5. Can I use my address for all card purchases intended for my family
and friends ?
Yes, you can do that. All the cards will be delivered to the address stated.
6. What are the acceptable image type/formats for personalising
CashCard , Flashpay Card or Ez-link Cards ?
We accept digital image/photos in "JPEG" formats(300 dpi for Best Results).

7. Can I include text wordings onto the CashCard , Flashpay Card
or Ezlink Cepas Card ?
Yes, you can include text to your CashCard , Flashpay Card or Ezlink Cepas
Card but not more than 25 characters.
8. What is the price for personalising the CashCard , Flashpay Card
or Ezlink Cepas Card ?

10. How do I receive my personalised CashCard , Flashpay Card or
Ezlink Cepas Card once they are ready ?
Processing of orders and delivery will take about 3 working days from date
of payment made or confirmation of order(whichever is later). We provide
free mailing services to your home addresses. All purchased cards will be
sent via normal mail through Singpost. Hence, it is important that you provide
the full and correct address.
11. Is there any stored value in the personalised CashCard , Flashpay
Card or Ez-link Cards ?
The personalised print for public and customised design will be done only
on the Adult card. The cards comes without stored value. To use the Ez-link
card, card-holders are required to top up stored value at Transit Link Ticket
Office. To use the CashCard, just top it up at any ATM or CashCard Topup
Kiosk at any petrol stations and carparks island-wide.
12. Do you accept bulk orders for corporate clients ?

13. What is your return/exchange policy for the personalised CashCard
, Flashpay Card or Ez-link Cards ?
All cards sold are non-refundable. A refund of the Stored Value remaining on a card (whether valid or expired) can only be obtained by a Cardholder if the card is presented at any Ticket Office in MRT stations and bus interchanges or at such other places as may be designated by TransitLink. All personalised CEPAS Ezlink cards shall be surrendered to and be retained by TransitLink upon refunds.
Similarly, for the personalised NETS FlashPay and NETS CashCard, the Cardholder may effect the refund of the Stored Value: (a) at any ATM, in which event these card will be disabled after the refund has been completed; or (b) at any Customer Service Point, in which event these card will be retained by NETS or disabled after the refund has been completed.
14. Is there any expiry date for the personalised CashCards , Flashpay
Cards or Ez-link Cards ?
The expiry use and the replacement of the CashCard , Flashpay Card and Ezlink
Cepas Card including the refund of the stored value are subjected to the
prevailing Terms and Conditions Governing the use of these cards and may
be amended from time to time by either NETS Pte Ltd for the CashCards/Flashpay
Cards and Ezlink Pte Ltd for the Ezlink Cepas Cards. You are encouraged
to refer to their respective website on these updates.
